Question

Does my property have TOC or density bonus potential?

It depends on the lot, the zoning, and where the property sits on the City’s transit map. This site does not run that test from an address alone.

What it does show is the program name, unit count, and lot size printed in each listing file.

If you have an address, use the valuation form or call the office. The answer comes from the property, not from a page.

Files that name ED1 or Executive Directive 1: 3556 & 3562 Chesapeake Ave is listed as Affordable Housing, 61 units, 12,814 SF lot, ED1, available. 1050 & 1056 S Norton Ave is listed as Affordable Housing, 102 units, 18,533 SF lot, ED1, available.

Files that name TOC: 3444 Hillcrest Dr is listed as Affordable Housing, 48 units, 9,863 SF lot, TOC, available. 8521 Horner Street is listed as Development, 29 units, 9,800 SF lot, TOC, available. 4129 Avalon Blvd is listed as Affordable Housing, 48 units, 8,199 SF lot, TOC, available.

No current listing file uses the words density bonus.
