What does ready to issue (RTI) mean?

Ready to issue means the building permits are approved and can be pulled. It is further along than a set of plans, and it is not the same as vacant land with no approval.

Two closings use that label on the photo cards. 1412 N. Mariposa Ave. in Hollywood is an affordable housing development site marked RTI, closed at $1,750,000. 2829 Waverly Dr. in Silver Lake is a 13-unit small-lot subdivision marked RTI. It is on both published lists at $4,950,000.
