How are Los Angeles development sites priced?

An asking price on this site is the price in the listing file. A closed price is the price in the track record. Nothing here is an estimate of what a property should sell for.

Where the file states a unit count, the page also shows price per unit: price divided by that count. Where it states lot size, it shows price per square foot of land. Those figures are arithmetic, not an appraisal.

4155 Wilshire Blvd. in Windsor Square closed at $4,990,000. The published note says the buyer underwrote about 110 units. The page does not turn that into a formula for the next site.
